For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about maintaining and restoring full function of the body, nourishing yourself with food that helps you thrive, and getting necessary rest and quality sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with consistency and intent.
